 MATV and SMATV systems

We offer complete design and installation of private Master Antenna systems (MATV) and Satellite Master Antenna systems (SMATV). MATV systems permit you to distribute regular "over the air" television channels to multiple locations in your organization. In addition, multiple channels of your own may be added to the channel line-up. These additional channels might comprise a bulletin board system, security cameras, your production studio output, or any other locally-generated television signal.
SMATV systems add DirecTV satellite-delivered programming in addition to MATV features. The satellite programming could include your organization's institutional programming supplied by your dedicated digital receiver, "ad-hoc" programming received on your C/Ku satellite receiver, or commercially-delivered programming such as C-SPAN, CNN, MSNBC, The Weather Channel, etc. These program sources are available in special institutional packages that are very reasonably priced when compared to your local cable TV company's offerings.

Compare the costs and flexibility of MATV and SMATV systems to the fees charged by your local cable television company. With cable, you may be expected to pay the construction costs to bring cable into your commercial establishment.  This often costs several thousand dollars. The monthly cost of your programming may be set on a per-television-basis with cable television. And it is often expensive to "delete" unwanted cable television channels either because you do not want the channel, or because you wish to insert your own programming on that channel. If your building has the proper "view" of the sky, a SMATV system is generally more economical than cable.
